An HVAC Maintenance Technician at Hero is responsible for servicing HVAC systems, performing preventative maintenance calls, and providing the correct solutions for all the types of equipment we service. Candidates who will thrive in this role enjoy problem-solving, hands-on learning, and being the best at what they do. They are also great at working collaboratively with dispatchers, managers, and in-house staff to ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded.

Schedule

• 7am – 4pm (Last dispatch by 4pm) Monday through Friday

Essential Job Duties

• Complete all general HVAC in-home maintenance calls
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
• Electronically document accurate notes, invoices, and options
• Participate in continued education and set goals to develop into a HVAC Service Technician

Qualifications

• Demonstrates Hero core values at a high level (T.R.U.E.)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving and criminal record
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings
• Must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds
• Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely
• Demonstrates a strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve with a sense of urgency
• Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through
• Highly motivated, flexible, and has a great attitude on life
• Punctual and prepared to work before the scheduled start time
• Clean presentation of self, meeting the Hero dress code
