Salesforce Architect in SFO, CA or Indianapolis, IN

 Data Migration Lead will manage the effort to define data migration requirements and complete the proposed solution for migrating data with Salesforce CRM. 
Responsibilities: 
Support scoping and estimation of data migration projects 
Leverage intelligence data migration methodology to execute data migration projects 
Leverage processes and tools to execute data migration consistently with quality 
Responsible for the management of the data migration task lists and update the plan with the latest project plan 
Monitor and report key metrics to the PMO and to the data practice in a periodic manner 
Ensure execution of data migration tasks in a timely manner and escalate when there is a slippage 
Ensure issue resolution is done in a proper manner and completed on-time 
Manage dependencies between the project milestone dates and data migration due dates 
Bring in experience to advise clients appropriately on tools, data cleansing, data harmonization 
Support clients in setting up appropriate data governance in place 
Support building cutover plans 
Experience 
6 to 8 years' of overall experience with at least 5 Yrs of experience in SFDC 
A proven functional/technical professional with at least 2 full lifecycle SalesForce.com implementations 
Experience in Requirements Gathering, Preparing Functional Design Documents, Use Case Document, Establishing and Measuring Data Quality Metrics 
Strong knowledge of CRM (Sales, Marketing, Service) Processes. 
Strong SFDC knowledge and Integration components for SFDC 
Strong technical foundation including; Advanced structured programming 
Good hands on experience on Salesforce Lightning 
Understands complex ETL and data migration practices and has performed at least 2 complex data migration to and within Salesforce.com. 
Good communication skills 
Preferred experience/skills 
Exposure on middleware that supports SFDC platforms like Jitterbit, Informatica, Mulesoft, etc. 
Ability to handle data management inclusive of data load, data translation, data hygiene, data migration and integration 
Should be process-oriented with a strong background in standard SDLC 
Aptitude for taking on technical challenges and ability to think independent and creative 
Advance level SFDC certifications (SFDC Advanced Administrator (ADM 301), SFDC Sales Cloud)
