Role Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator, reports directly to the VP, People Operations and contributes to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives. The HR Coordinator will support in providing an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and the ongoing development of a superior workforce. Their main objective will be to coordinate, facilitate and provide excellent support to the HR team as it relates to all facets of human resources with a primary objective of ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding.
