Interim Director of Nursing (DON)
Heritage Lakeside Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 60 bed facility overlooking Rice Lake. Our Heritage Lakeside team is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. Our team is seeking a qualified, dedicated and compassionate Interim Director of Nursing.
The Interim Director of Nursing's primary responsibilities include planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of our Nursing Department in accordance with current regulatory guidelines and clinical standards of care to ensure that the highest degree of quality is maintained at all times.
Qualifications for the Interim Director of Nursing (DON):
- Current and valid Wisconsin RN License
- Previous nurse management and leadership experience
- Preferred experience in long term care/geriatrics
