"Caring for those that once cared for us is one of life's greatest honors"We are looking for a Regional Director of Operations to lead our Omaha Metro team.
Regional Directors of Operations
- Inspire their team to provide excellent resident care and achieve operational excellence, census goals and financial objectives.
- Establish and evolve positive relationships with OnCare Home Health, vendors and third party providers.
- Proactively lead, direct and oversee multiple communities in accordance with company expectations and state regulations.
- Implement operational processes, procedures and best practices and ensure that consistent processes are applied throughout the communities.
- Coach leaders to effectively identify, investigate, navigate, and resolve resident, employee, management and operational issues.
- Ensure communities are sufficiently staffed with highly engaged and trained associates.
- Oversee and monitor community and regional financials, resident census and staff scheduling to ensure operational efficiency.
Excellent candidates will possess:
- 5 years of experience leading a team in senior living or a related industry. Management of a multi-site operational role preferred.
- An Assisted Living Administrators license or certification for the state of operations OR be able to obtain one within 6 months.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Health care administration, Business, Nursing, Therapy, Social Work or a related field.
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
