We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to strong build relationships and support the wellness of our residents at OnCare Home Health!
Hospice Aide’s:
- Personal care(s) including but not limited to, baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos, and changing bed linen as often as assigned.
- Providing the family with positive communication techniques, within the realm of ethical and respectful care, including confidentiality.
- Meeting the safety needs of patients and using equipment safely and properly
- Assessing and reporting on patient’s condition and significant changes to the Case Manager.
Our CNA's
- Have an active state required CNA certification.
- Are able to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
