POSITION SUMMARY
The Inventory counter-position is responsible for executing pre-defined inventory counts using an RF handheld device for entering counts. As part of the Inventory Control team, this position works closely with both the Inventory Specialist and warehouse leadership executing counts and identifying possible sources of variance.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively to employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL/ANALYTICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to perform basic mathematical functions such as multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction without aid (no calculator or cell phone).
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several unanticipated but common variables in everyday situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must carry an OSHA certification to operate machinery. We OSHA certify all our own employees.
