Henry Schein One is Hiring a Remote Salesforce Administrator

As part of the Henry Schein One Salesforce team, you are responsible for setting up, configuring, maintaining, and supporting the Salesforce.com CRM system and related applications. You will work with a cross-functional CRM team to support and extend the Salesforce application.
We are open to this role being 100% remote within the United States.
What You’ll Do
- Adhere to established user management practices by managing profiles, roles, permissions, and other user related access items
- Collaborate with team members to provide general administration of the salesforce ecosystem
- Perform technical analysis, design, develop, test and implement solutions/applications with necessary customizations and integrations
- Build, customize, and supports objects (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, etc.), workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Monitor the overall health of operational processes and underlying systems with reports, dashboards, queries, and other relevant tools
- Custom development on the Salesforce Platform with a strong preference for native functionality, declarative automations (flow), and Lightning components
- Correct data-related issues and support data migrations with merges, deletes, updates and inserts
- Create, modify, and maintain documentation on Salesforce solutions and related business processes
What You’ll Have
- 2 years of experience configuring Salesforce using validation rules, flows, roles & profiles, permissions sets, data loader, reports and dashboards in Sales and Service Cloud
- Experience installing and managing Salesforce AppExchange applications
- Understanding of the architecture, capabilities, and constraints of the Salesforce application
- Experience with cloud data maintenance applications such Demand Tools, Cloudingo or similar
- Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred
- Experience with Scrum or other Agile development methods preferred
- Basic Apex knowledge preferred

- Sales/Finance – CPQ/Billing, Opportunity Management, Clari (Sales Forecasting, Outreach / Prospecting), Conga, and AdobeSign

The posted range for this position is $68,080 - $102,120 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a 7.5% bonus not reflected in the posted range.
