As a member of the Product Management Team, the Product Marketing Manager will ensure Henry Schein One continues to differentiate our solutions with go-to-market strategies and long-term marketing plans. You will serve as the authority on product positioning, key value and benefits and product positioning to drive development of content and sales enablement tools to support our product growth goals.

What You’ll Do: 

• Works with the Product Manager to differentiate our solutions with go-to-market strategies and long-term marketing plans
• Conducts customer research, market, and competitive analysis to inform our positioning, pricing, and differentiation strategy with data driven insights
• Works with Product Management and Marketing to create and deliver sales collateral, presentations, data sheets, white papers, website content, webinars, seminars, and customer success stories
• Develops launch plans and messaging maps to clearly define the product marketing strategy and unique value proposition
• Develops release plans to ensure proper market alignment and the successful introduction of new products and services into the market
• Works closely with the program marketing team to develop strategies and priorities for demand generation
• Understands how current customers are benefiting from the product and leverage this information to further sales efforts in terms of case studies, sales training, referrals, and collateral.
• Assists in creating baseline marketing performance metrics and setting marketing campaign goals

What You’ll Have:

• 2 years of product management, marketing, or product marketing experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Creative, out-of-the-box marketing thinker with a foundation in B2B SaaS platforms
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in 4 of the 15 categories in the Pragmatic Marketing Framework that are aligned with product marketing management
• Working knowledge of product marketing tools, including launch plans, messaging maps and competitive briefs
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
• Act as a resource and/or mentor for colleagues with less experience

The posted range for this position is $66,800 – 100,200 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a 7.5% bonus not reflected in the posted range.
