WHO YOU ARE
You are responsible for the underwriting, analysis, and financial modeling of commercial real estate investments. Deliverables (financial models, investment summaries, verbal feedback) will be utilized in developing internal valuations, formulating financing strategy, determining investment feasibility, and analyzing investment performance, among other ad hoc analytical tasks. In addition, the position will maintain the debt calendar, amortization schedules and submission of results.
This position contributes to the accomplishment of the company’s employment practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, absolute accountability, quality, productivity and standards, and Objective and Key Results (OKR’s) attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of our culture, leadership, and a superior workforce in accordance to the Company’s Manifesto and Ultimate Objective.

WHAT WE NEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)
Education - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate or related field.
Experience and/or Training - Experience with Excel and financial modeling skills.
Technology/Equipment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
WHAT WE PREFER
Experience and/or Training - Experience with Argus preferred
