** Your Tasks**

Save the day for your users and keep crucial data center infrastructure running for sectors like healthcare, technology and banking.

As Hemmersbach information technology engineer, your tasks include:

Running diagnostics, troubleshooting errors, and replacing hardware.

Installation, support, and decommissioning of rack servers, storage systems, and network equipment

Maintenance of data center hardware onsite

** Our Requirements**

* Experience in supporting and exchanging components for at least one of the following hardware types: servers, storage systems, network equipment, PCs, or notebooks of brands like HPE, Dell, IBM, and NetApp

* Customer service soft skills and strong verbal and written communication in English

* A Certified or Equivalent

* Optional: working technical knowledge of standard server system software (Linux, Windows, VMWare)
