Position Overview:

Provides necessary administrative and site support to the company's operation by ensuring all facilities and administrative issues and concerns are resolved and handled effectively. Supports all the initiatives of the Service Delivery team. (i.e. administrative, clerical).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. 
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts. 
  • Attending Chamber events, communicating effectively, and attending community events.Create presentations, help prepare for General Meetings, assist with presentations, and conduct research
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers. 
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience. 
  • Take ownership of local site engagement activities, birthday and work-anniversary announcements, as well as leading the agent onboarding efforts to ensure a positive new hire experience.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months to 1 year in the same function
  • Preferably with knowledge on building and facilities administration. 
  • General / basic knowledge from Information Technology/ Call Center Operations and Organization. 
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel) or Google Tools.
  • Systematic, highly organized; Time and project management skills. 
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
