Manages key accounts including customer support, maintains long-term relationships with partner stakeholders, and maximizes sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Work in collaboration with the Care Coordination team to craft targeted strategies designed to meet specific client needs
• Makes recommendations based on internal and external factors
• Maintains relationships with partners through all stages of relationship, monitoring key contract requirements and escalating issues as appropriate
• Gathers information from partners as needed
• Partner accounts are typically at the division or national level and are moderately complex in nature
• Create and refine new business pitches amidst changing market dynamics
• Collaborates with payor contracting team to effectively manage the contract negotiation process
• Develop a strong understanding of the Care Coordination offering, operational structure & processes
• Management of partner meeting agendas and meeting minutes
• Assemble externally facing client reporting (driving early creation and refinement over time)
• Evolve partner relationship, introducing solution advancements and new capabilities
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned
• May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group

Education and Experience

• Bachelors in Healthcare, Business Administration or related field required
• 5 years of experience required
• Prior experience in Client Management required
• Prior experience in Medicare or state Medicaid programs, preferably experience with a dually-eligible members
