Job Summary:

The IT Business Manager is a key member of the infrastructure and cybersecurity team reporting to the Director, Cybersecurity Incident - Response and Business Continuity. The position will assist in day-to-day operations and execution of the infrastructure and cybersecurity strategy. Responsibilities include: M&A playbook development including cost models for integration and new office build outs. Managing service quality of IT service providers. Developing metrics and reporting for senior management and the board to demonstrate key risk and performance indicators. IT budgeting and forecasting. Overall managing a matrix reporting relationship across multiple teams to ensure operational excellence of multiple projects that may require dynamic change management.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop M&A playbooks, cost models, standard operating models, and metrics reporting standards
•  Identify and develop key risk and performance indicators, track and measure progress and assist with executing improvement strategies
•  In collaboration with the VP, Infrastructure and CISO, develops and implements the strategic sourcing and vendor relationship strategies
•  Facilitate strategy and roadmap development for infrastructure and security initiates
•  Planning, initiation, and execution of complex and/or multiple infrastructure and security projects
•  Lead and manage project teams consisting of employee / vendor blended teams
• Perform business management and financial planning activities for the infrastructure and security services team
• Responsible for development, definition and facilitation of IT projects/programs and ensure the
  quality, completeness, tracking and reporting of deliverables.
• Project schedule development, status reporting, communications planning, and management
• Develop playbooks, processes and procedures for new office buildouts and office moves
• SharePoint site creation and management
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

•  Bachelor degree in IT, Finance or related field
•  Five to seven years in IT, including engineering, support and project management
•  Experience managing IT budgets, forecasting and planning
•  Project management certifications a plus
•  Finance experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
•  Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
•  Ability to travel up 5% of the time for this role; may fluctuate based on business needs
