We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Recruiter to execute the staffing objectives of their branch location by sourcing and evaluating job candidates, conducting phone screens, advising managers, and keeping all parties involved and informed with regular updates throughout the pre-employment process. They will also develop and implement recruiting strategies and find qualified talent for their branch's field and administrative hiring needs. This position is remote, and the Administrative Recruiter may sit anywhere.

Responsibilities

  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community centers, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters and internet sites
  • Build rapport within the community by providing organizational information, job opportunities and job benefits
  • Conduct Boolean searches in hard-to-fill markets
  • Cold call job candidates
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications
  • Attract job applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites, etc.
  • Determine applicant eligibility by interviewing applicants, verifying references and discussing their experience and skills with the Hiring Manager(s)
  • Coordinate schedules and arrange management interviews
  • Manage new-hire relocations by determining new employee requirements, negotiating with movers, arranging temporary housing and providing community introductions
  • Give candidates a seamless interview experience and keep them engaged throughout the entire interview/pre-employment process
  • Improve organizational attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices, and emphasizing benefits and perks

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a relevant field preferred
  • At least 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Availability to work day, evening and weekend shifts
  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to insured and reliable transportation
  • Professional communication and organization skills
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with Director-level executives
