Helio Health is looking for a detail oriented and analytical Compliance Specialist to support its mission of promoting recovery from the effects of substance use and mental health disorders and other health issues. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for supporting Helio Health’s internal Compliance Program, including incident review and investigation processes to ultimately provide the best possible service to our patients.

Responsibilities:
Conducts internal investigations and reviews, specifically to ensure compliance regarding fraud and abuse.
Assist with Helio Health’s efforts to comply with investigations conducted by external parties.
Attends Incident Review Committee and Compliance Committee meetings.
Interacts frequently with regulatory agencies.
Prepares and carries out compliance trainings.
Assists with the documentation and tracking of Compliance Hotline calls.
Assists with the drafting, review, and revision of Agency policies and procedures.
