Job Summary

A Warehouse Associate will perform an array of functions including but not limited to: receiving and processing incoming product, picking and filling customer orders, loading trucks and managing and organizing product stock The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work alone and in small groups, must be able to meet project timelines, and enjoys a fast-paced environment in the alcohol industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities & Expectations

In addition to the tasks and functions assigned by Operations Manager, this position has the following essential duties and responsibilities, subject to modification at any time with or without notice:

Pick product cases in a fast, accurate and efficient manner utilizing Voice Pick technology
Load pallets on to trucks as needed.
Maintain and clean and effective workplace.
Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

Qualifications and requirements for this position include:

Must be willing to work flexible shifts if needed.
Must be able to:
- Safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and walkie power jacks.
- Move or lift up to 165 lbs (pounds) on occasion and repetitively lift 25 lbs (pounds) throughout the day.
- Spend work shift continually moving on your feet and on and off of equipment.
- To pass drug screen/ physical and background test.
- Wear a headset throughout the entire work shift.
Must be detail oriented.
Must have a positive winning attitude and excellent attendance record.
Must be a fast-paced individual with strong work ethic.
Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Working Conditions & Dress Code

This position operates in a warehouse environment. Hours will vary by shift and will be communicated by the Operations Manager. Regular, consistent attendance is required. Dress code may vary by shift and will be communicated by the Operations Manager.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, employee is required to stand; balance; walk; climb stairs, sit; use hands to feel and handle objects, tools, or controls, including standard office equipment such as computers, phones, fax machines; reach with hands and arms; talk; hear; and have specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to focus.

This position may constitute a “key employee” position under the Family and Medical Leave Act.
