Hedaya Home Fashions is a family Home Textiles business located in Elizabeth, NJ. We are an innovative and fast-paced environment with our goal being to meet the needs of our retail partners, delivering to them on time and with exceptional quality and customer service.

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include providing support to the sales team on an ongoing, daily basis. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and extremely organized, and must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in Home Textiles and Wholesale is preffered.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and follow up with existing customers, at the direction of the Sales Manager.
• Ensure the company's product showroom is always maintained and organized.
• Organize and file retail customers information in detailed and easily searchable manner.
• Send out samples to Buyers and keep a detailed sample log.
• Follow direct lead of Sales Manager on a daily basis.
• Prepare product and presentations for customer meetings.
• Take detailed noted and recap meetings.
• Create customer presentations to send to retail partners.
• Visit retail stores on a weekly basis, in order to compile samples and product analysis for sales team.
• Must have excellent Excel, Power Point and Outlook experience.
• Adober experience prefered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
