HEARTLAND CONSULTING is Hiring a Data Analyst Near Washington, DC

Updates and manages the current MS access database and manages, monitors, analyzes, and reports Monthly Readiness Status and collective training correlation via the CRE MEDEL Training Analysis Report

Heartland Consulting is seeking a Readiness Analyst to help us support our client the National Guard Bureau. this person will need the following:

  1. PowerBI Experience (data transformations, Power Query M Language, DAX custom column and measure formulation)
  2. Military readiness reporting and data analysis experience (manpower, training, budgeting and finance, equipment)
  3. Medical Readiness Decision Support System (MRDSS) experience
  4. Aeromedical Services Information Management System (ASIMS) experience
  5. Office 365 SharePoint and Microsoft Teams data/document management
  6. Active secret clearance
  7. At least a bachelor's degree
  • Data Analyst: Leads as a specialist of DoD Readiness Reporting and ensures performance under this contract and manages quality control in accordance with (IAW) the QC Plan (Technical Exhibit 2)
    • Maintains compliance with employee contractual requirements
    • Ensures timely completion of all tasks IAW the requirements for Database Maintenance, Budget/Financial Analysis and Reporting, Readiness and Project Reporting with quality deliverables
