Position Summary:
The College Recruiter I will be a member of the Heartland Business Systems’ (HBS) Talent Acquisition Team. They will partner with the College Recruiter II in helping organize, establish and maintain college relationships nationally. They will connect, engage, and develop relationships with colleges and universities nationally as well as organize and manage the career fair process alongside the College Recruiter II.
