Job Opening: Qualified Registered Dental Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated qualified RDA to join our dental office, which specializes in providing high-quality dental care for patients with PPO insurance and cash in a private practice setting. Our team takes pride in delivering exceptional patient experiences while maintaining a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, ensuring efficient and smooth operations, anticipating their needs and ensuring patient comfort.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments for each patient.
- Take radiographs and intra-oral 3D scans ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
- Educate patient on oral hygiene practices, explain benefits of dental procedures and processes, and post-treatment care instructions.
- Familiarity with dental software systems for recordkeeping and appointment scheduling.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize and engage with patients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Friendly, responsible, and self-motivated individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
