Your Role As a HealthStreamer

Position Summary

The Program Manager is part of a team supporting our vast content marketplace, including internally owned and partner owned programs. The individual has a proven track record of effectively managing and growing partner programs, market channels, and online communities, ensuring comprehensive coverage and value to drive engagement and adoption. This individual works closely with Operations, Product Marketing, and Sales to launch and advance a growing program portfolio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops and executes annual growth plan to meet revenue and penetration targets.
• Develops and executes annual content & events plan to drive community adoption and engagement.
• Participates in partnership negotiations to finalize or renew business relationships and contracting, with the support of business leadership and internal legal counsel.
• Manages ongoing partner relationships including goals and expectations to optimize program performance.
• Meets regularly with key stakeholders to identify, track, and report on goals and KPIs.
• Collaborates with other team members to release and expand partnerships and programs, including leveraging technology, market intelligence, and data.
• Assures accurate and complete awareness of partnerships and programs through routine internal training, collaboration on customer training, and other forms of internal and external communication.
• Monitors and works with partners to resolve customer and program support or adoption issues with the assistance of internal support personnel.
• Tracks and maintains market and competitive analyses across the program portfolio and communicates opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.
• Partners with product marketing to develop high impact field guides, ROI calculators, and other sales enablement tools.
• Tracks and maintains reporting of program performance to evaluate action plans and future investment.
• Other duties as required.

What You Will Need to Be Successful

Education, Experience and Knowledge Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accountability for execution of market or channel programs from end-to-end
• Experience managing and growing online communities preferred
• Experience managing and expanding partnerships preferred
• Experience in healthcare, particularly in a SaaS business preferred
