Overview

    Responsibilities

  • Principal Responsibilities and Duties. These statements reflect the general duties considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job as identified and shall not be considered a detailed description of work requirements that may be involved.
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely posting of all payments to our banking institution.
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely posting of all payments to our accounting software.
  • Assist with research and resolve invoice payment discrepancies and issues.
  • Assist collections with reconciliation of customer’s payment history.
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of all reports required by management.
  • Monitor the current accounts receivable process and makes revisions as needed.
  • Coordinate and prepare items for financial audits as needed.
  • Responsible for the review of credit card payments and the follow up on questions and/or problems with processed payments.
  • Provide back up support and offer assistance as needed.
  • Assist with other office administrative duties, as needed.
  • Qualifications

  • Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required
  • Requires common sense, good judgment and a detailed approach to work on assignments and projects.
  • No licenses or certifications required.
  • Communications often deal with sensitive, confidential issues aimed at reconciling and balancing various accounting activities.
  • Must be able to organize tasks and insure timely completion of all projects.
