POSITION: Client Success Manager
Client Success Manager play a critical role in ensuring HMG clients remain loyal and satisfied. CSM is responsible for developing meaningful relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The outcomes of these relationships are revenue retention, genuine client happiness, and enhanced name recognition in the industry.
Client Success Managers liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our ROI services according to client needs and contractual deliverables. CSMs manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients, providing expert communications and valuable engagement. This role will be measured by client health and preservation, engagement, and achievement of success metrics.
