Open Position: Product Marketing Manager

HST Pathways is on a mission to transform healthcare with innovative software technology that enables surgery centers to provide more cost-efficient patient care and better outcomes. Our suite of solutions spans the entire case lifecycle, including scheduling, care coordination, clinical documentation, and revenue cycle. Backed by Bain Capital, we are the fastest growing ASC software company and serve over 1,500 surgery centers, but we’re just getting started and have plans to 10X the value we offer. Responsibilities:
Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at HST starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how HST’S products solve an ASC's problems--from the every day to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that changes the game, redefines the medium, makes the user the priority, and ultimately, lets the technology speak for itself. You will work closely with the Senior Content Marketing Manager to create and maintain content for all of HST’s product offerings (ex. Product decks, case studies, one-pagers, etc.). You will also work with internal departments (ex. HR and our Learning & Development team) to assist them in their internal and external marketing needs. Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking are encouraged.
