Position Summary: The Recruiting Supervisor drives growth, revenue, and profit for the Perm Placement division with a focus on New Hire development. The Recruiting Supervisor will facilitate segment-specific training and supervise the development of New Hires within a 120-day production ramp.

Qualifications required:

• A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Creativity and instructional skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Power Point and One Note

Qualifications desired:

• Knowledge of recruiting lifecycle and practice of recruiting methods and processes.
• 1-2 years of recruiting experience.

Job Description:

• Responsible for assessing the skills, performance, and productivity of New Hires.
• Develop, review, and ensure implementation of daily sourcing and recruiting strategies in collaboration with Recruiting Leads and Recruiting Manager for New Hires.
• In collaboration with Director, Manager, and/or NAMs, discuss priority job assignments and review activity.
• Collaborate with the Director and Manager on performance management discussions.
• Housed within the New Hire cubicles, provide in-the-moment training and guidance, focused in developing the following areas:
• Achieving daily call metrics and conversion ratios
• Overcoming objections
• Adherence to daily operating rhythms and recruiting processes
• Conduct Perm-specific training modules:
• Pre-screens / Internal Submissions
• Interview Prep / Interview Feedback
• Job Posting Training
• Boolean Training
• LinkedIn
• Educate and provide resources on best practices including but not limited to:
• Voicemail, email, text templates
• Sourcing
• Recruiting lifecycle and candidate management
• Priority job assignments

This position will require 5 days in the office weekly.

Compensation Range: $52,000-$62,000

Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life & disability insurance, 401K w/ employer match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
