**Description**

Pasadena Highlands is looking for a solid leader in our Dining Room. You must be able to train and lead a team of 10 in providing excellent service to our residents in a restaurant atmosphere.

You must have a working knowledge of restaurant service, basic computer knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. This is a great opportunity of the right person in a growing company!

General Description: Supervises the shift and assures that our residents and guests are served in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.

The position would be a working Wait position in our Dining room. Hours, 11:15 am 8:15 PM. Sunday Thursday. Supervise the operation and closing of the dining room, assuring that :

- All cleaning tasks are accomplished before clock out.

- Dining room is in a opening ready state for the next day.

- All dishes, foods etc are stocked

- Assures that the team remains on task during their shift and are providing exceptional service. They are in uniform and are adhering to the behavior standards of the company.

- Assures that the team clocks out at the appropriate time.

- Assists with the continual training of the staff and new employees.

- Perform other duties as assigned

Ability and Experience requirements:

* They should have wait experience or supervisory experience in a restaurant or senior care facility, 6 months.

Must have criminal record clearance
