Account Executive Job Description
General Description: Health Insurance Solutions Account Executive will be responsible for driving and supporting sales with new business based on Broker requests. Maintaining existing business Self-Funded renewal coordination with Brokers. Industry experience required.
The best candidate would have a proven experience with mid to large customers, with exceptional organizational and communication skills, seeking the opportunity to independently work with an industry-leading account service team in a simulating environment.
Responsibilities: Present and manage company Rx program carve-out option as well as HISI’s Specialty drug Solutions for new and existing brokers and customers.
- Develop positive business relationships with brokers, both new and existing to ensure continued sales growth.
- Proficiency at the discovery process (prospective clients) and conceptual presentation promoting HISI's competitive products and services in a concise and persuasive manner.
- Prepare and participate in all new sales marketing meetings with Management.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and innovative based on insurance, market, carrier, PBM and product knowledge, to help guide the brokers through the complexity of Pharmacy carve-out.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Carriers, Vendors and Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM’s)
- Strategize with brokers on sales opportunities to grow our book of business when appropriate.
- Assist with the service function for most important (Key) cases including responsibility for additional sale implementations, case conservation, all renewal and coordination of enrollment activities.
- Case implementation skills a must.
- Attend all open enrollment client meetings as needed.

Benefits and Salary:
Full-time-Remote working environment. Annual salary ($75,000-$90,000) commensurate with years of experience. Health insurance, dental, vision and 401K participation and employer matching.
