We are in search of an HRIS Professional that has specific experience implementing ADP Workforce Now. This is a full-time Direct Hire W-2 position with a well established healthcare organization. This person will guide the current project to go live in October 2024 for the onboarding module and then will progress through all other modules throughout the coming years. You will work in conjunction with the ADP Account Manager and Technical Support Team. This position also will be considered a Project Manager for other projects within Human Resources.
While ADP Payroll experience is nice, this is not an ADP Payroll professional position.
Expectations for an Interview:
You will be expected to provide real or mock plans of each of the following during the screening process.
Demonstrated Project Management skills (tools used, methodology). Sample Project Plan.
Process flows/Swim Lanes documentation.
Data Dashboards examples.
Requirements:
College Degree.
2-5 years of Project Management experience.
ADP WFN Implementation Modules Experience Required:
Enhanced HR, On-Boarding & Document Cloud.

Compensation:
As this is a fully remote role within the United States geographical location of the candidate is taken into consideration for compensation.
$100k - $125k.
