Come join us and be part of a purpose driven company who is invested in your future! Minimum Salary Range Job Summary This Position Is Responsible For Drafting Account-Specific Documents. Training Less Experienced Staff On Production Procedures; And Participating In The Peer Review Process. Responsibilities 1. Draft and customize documents of low to high complexity based on final paperwork. This includes standard contracts and customization up to ten paragraphs. 2. Draft non-standard contract language. 3. Responsible for project planning for development of special group plans. 4. Negotiate with customers to develop benefit plans. 5. Responsible for production of documents for assigned accounts to completion working directly with Marketing Account Managers. 6. Prepare responses to comments/questions from Account Managers, brokers, consultants or clients resulting from booklet draft review. 7. Meet and sustain acceptable level or above on accuracy and document delivery, based on departmental standards. 8. Attend implementation meetings or other group meetings with senior level staff members for assigned groups. 9. Communicate action on booklet production and respond to questions from Marketing and other departments via email or telephone in a timely manner. 10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in database. 11. Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc. 12. Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies. 13. Maintain complete confidentiality of company business. 14. Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested. JOB REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelor degree or 3 years work experience in a position involving independent judgment and initiative.  Experience and skills in drafting standard or customized group health contracts or booklet documents with minimal guidance of up to 10 paragraphs.  Knowledge of health insurance contracts and/or Self Funded contracts.  Knowledge of health and dental products.  Knowledge of group health state and federal regulations on contract administration.  PC experience including Microsoft Office.  Experience in deadline driven environment and completing tasks on time.  Judgment and problem resolution skills.  Verbal and written communication skills to interface with staff from other departments, draft document language and handle issue resolution. PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:  Referral preference given to applicants able to take and meet testing criteria.  Experience working on corporate projects.
