The HRIS Analyst will ensure the integrity, accuracy and proper use of HR information retrieved from the systems. The HRIS Analyst also acts as a liaison between the HR and IT departments and supports the HR department with technology and reporting requests. This individual will develop, maintain and complete management reports and statistical information within prescribed timeframes. This position may provide additional clerical and administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Essential Functions:
Serve as level Tier 1 support in resolving HRIS configuration related problems.
Provide support and guidance relating to HR business systems, including ADP, iCims and Etime.
Work with HR team to conduct analysis of business system process improvements.
Assists in production support for HR applications, HR Reporting, developing functional specifications for applications development and/or modification, conducting work flow analyses, evaluating systems changes required to support HR functions and for designing & implementing test plans to validate those changes.
Collaborate with users to develop, maintain and distribute custom queries.
Perform periodic audits of HR Systems to ensure system credibility and data integrity.
Provides accurate data for statistics on Attrition, Headcount, Time and Labor Cost, Workforce demographics etc.
Consult with HR managers regarding information needs and provides ad hoc queries and reports upon request.
Maintain the HR Information System in support of Human Resources administration and special projects.
Work with large data sets in updating employee data from corrections to organizational changes using imports and excel.
Assists in the creation and daily maintenance of Annual, New Hire and Disciplinary action review plans.
Manages access permission groups in all HRIS systems.
Education:
Associates degree in Human Resources or business-related field is required, Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or business-related field, preferred.
Experience:
One (1) years to Three (3) years previous experience in a HRIS related role. Previous experience with iCims ATS preferred. Previous experience working with ADP Workforce Now in an HRIS role, preferred.
