The Compensation Analyst is responsible for providing subject matter expertise in the development of compensation practices including physician compensation for the Health Care District. The compensation analyst plans, assists in planning, developing and implementing new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures to be responsive to the Health Care District’s objectives and competitive practices. This position is also responsible for ensuring, through periodic review, that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
