Job Description:

The Operations Manager, will lead the Operations Coordinators in supporting our Heal Clinicians in the day-to-day operations of the market, working closely with Physicians, Mid-levels, Medical Assistants and Drivers to ensure delivery of quality patient care. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage Southeast Market operations, including clinician, support staff, and patient scheduling and all operational aspects of running a mobile provider practice.
  • Partner with other teams to ensure collaboration and streamline processes between departments.  
  • Strategically resolve and identify any problems related to logistics, communication to teams in the field, and patient concerns.
  • Manage key performance indicators to ensure reporting to department heads, leadership and Board of Directors is accurate and comprehensive. 
  • Manage and review all processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, strong ability to present to leadership. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, patients, clinicians, leaders at all levels and with various categories of customers
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and seek assistance when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and /or Google Suite 
  • As Heal provides high-quality care 365 days a week, you must be able to.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in related field
  • 4 years experience in customer service, operations, and/or logistics
  • 2 years of supervisory experience
