ITOCHU Building Products (IBP) Holdings has an immediate need for an Infor M3 Cloud Finance Consultant .

IBP Holdings is looking to hire an experienced Infor M3 Cloud Technical Consultant to join its team.

As a shared services provider that supports multiple companies, the team is growing and needs talent to help grow the company with new ERP implementation projects and conversions from existing ERP software as mergers/acquisitions occur.

The existing team is compiled of multiple business analysts to support existing Infor M3 Cloud environments.

The desired candidate should have experience configuring technical processes for Infor M3 utilizing M3 development tools (EC, ION, Javascript, Mashups, Experience Designer).

Headquarters is in Dallas, TX, but the role is remote, expecting to travel throughout the United States and Canada up to 50% to support the client businesses.

Skills/responsibilities desired include but are not limited to:

• Knowledge of the Infor OS platform, Mingle, IDM and ION.
• Experience using M3 development tools for M3 Cloud including MEC M3 Enterprise Collaborator, JavaScript, IDM Forms, Mashups, H5 Apps, Event Hub, ION workflows, IONAPI.
• Familiarity with APIs, message processing and integration.
• Experience with data migration and integration.
• Expertise in integrating applications with Infor M3 using Infor ION integration platform.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and XML.
• Designing the solution, documenting the integration specifications & integration testing.
• Monitoring system testing.
• Providing support during go-live.
• Providing post-go-live support, handing off long term support to the current team of business analysts.
• Ability to multi-task and manage daily assignments.
• Collaborate with customers in gathering business requirements, documenting, improving processes, designing solutions, demonstrating.
• Designing solutions for change requests, providing estimates, specification documenting, testing, and presenting.
• Mentor project teammates This includes reviewing consulting, writing, speaking, presentation, and training skills.
• Proficient English communication skills.

Infor related products & Technologies:

• EC (EC capabilities & how to apply in integrations), IDM, Enterprise Search, MBM (M3 Business Messages/EDI), ION, Mingle, EH/EA (Event Hub Event Analytics)

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Infor M3 Cloud.
• Strong network analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle and own critical issues through to resolution
• Excellent communication, and customer service skills
• Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of conducting business
