Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is Hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse Near Center City, MN

Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse will, under the supervision of the Medical Director, provide nursing care and treatments to clients and monitor all vital signs. In addition, the LPN will participate in gate-keeping responsibilities for medical issues, under the supervision of the Medical Director as well as participate in conflict resolution pertaining to health issues. The LPN will provide assistance to clients/customers/staff as directed by the Medical Director, to result in timely delivery of services.

Qualifications

Required

  • Current, active state LPN license
  • Must have at least one year in an acute setting
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Minimum of two years freedom from chemical use problems
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
