Precision Measurements is Hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk Near Virginia, VA
This is a non-exempt, full-time position (hourly/40-hour work week). The work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (one- hour lunch).
Education, Experience, and Skills
AA in Accounting. BS in Accounting or Business preferred
1-3 years’ experience required in any or all roles of a small firm: accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, bank reconciliations, petty cash
Software: Windows, Word and Excel required; Deltek Vision preferred.
Must be reliable, trustworthy and have a strong attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
Precision Measurements, Inc. PMI is currently certified by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT), District Department of Transportation (DDOT), City of Baltimore, Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), and the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and by the Commonwealth of Virginia Minority Business Enterprise as a Small Woman and Minority business (SWAM).
