Leasing Consultant

Duties: -

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
• Respond to inquiries from potential tenants and provide information about the property
• Discuss lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants
• Prepare and process lease agreements and related documents
• Assist with move-in and move-out processes, including conducting unit inspections
• Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and manage tenant interactions
• Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing paperwork

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in leasing or customer service role preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with facilities management and maintenance processes is a plus
• Experience with data entry is a plus
