We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments, as well as preparing and shipping outgoing orders.

Join the Northeast’s largest industrial, commercial & municipal pump distributor as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk! You’ll provide in our warehouse operations to ensure Best-In-Class service is being provided to our customers. We are seeking a high energy, driven candidate who can work independently, and in unison with vendors and peers.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Reconcile packing lists and purchase orders
• Process returns and exchanges
• Prepare and ship outgoing orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Operate warehouse equipment
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in shipping and receiving
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
