We are actively seeking a skilled **Maintenance Supervisor** to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of a manufacturing plant and equipment at the DeKalb, IL facility. You should be mechanically inclined, with expertise in repairing and maintaining building, industrial, and/or manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and monitor all assets for proper operation and mechanical condition, supervising inspection results and implementing necessary actions.

Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs in a safe and professional manner.

Maintain a detailed equipment log documenting all repairs, inspections, and their outcomes.

Conduct the plant's preventative maintenance program in accordance with program requirements.

Assist in the installation of new or upgraded projects.

Willingness to work overtime and various shifts when required.

Qualifications:

General knowledge of plumbing, heating, ventilating, electrical, and machinery maintenance.

Equivalent of 1-3 years of trade school.

3-5 years of experience in the maintenance field.
