Vander Haag's Inc is Hiring a Truck Axle & Frame Technician Near Des Moines, IA
We have an immediate opening with our team in Des Moines, Iowa! As a Truck Axle & Frame Technician, no two days are exactly alike. You get an opportunity to make custom modifications to trucks… doing a full range of different jobs from assembly and hydraulics to welding/fabricating to mechanical installation and repairs. You get your own work bay and tools. This position also has the potential for being cross-trained into other jobs within the Service Department.
Some prior welding experience is preferred, but not required. Interested in career advancement? We provide an in-house ASE Certified trainer!
Hours: Day shift hours, Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays required!
Compensation: This position pays an hourly base compensation overtime. Pay is dependent on experience and can range from $60,000 up to $80,000 per year for qualified candidates. Compensation is dependent upon experience level.
