About this Role:The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Supports all Talent Acquisition objectives through the development, and implementation of sourcing, advertising, and screening strategies to create a candidate pipeline that will support the organization’s current and future workforce planning objectives. This role will be responsible for developing and managing various channels to attract talent, delivering a high-touch experience for active and passive candidates. Working with leaders throughout the organization this role acts as a consultative partner, ensuring that talent acquisition strategies are aligned with business needs, strategic workforce planning and compliant with employment laws. What you will do:Serve as a sourcing expert to include building, developing, researching, and managing a directory of effective resources for strategic and targeted sourcing based on specialty and niche job boards, social media, associations, professional networking groups and events.Proactively source passive talent to ensure strong pools of candidates are presented for consideration for vacancies across the organization. Conduct preliminary conversations to build talent pipelines and relationships for future hiring needs.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, key responsibilities, and desired skills, and develop appropriate sourcing strategies to find the desired talent, ensuring that it is aligned with business needs.Ensure jobs are posted and marketed to effectively attract exceptional talent for all assigned roles. Manage the job posting process through DayForce Recruiting and other outlets. Review inbound applications and phone screen viable candidates. Conduct in-person interviews and administer computer-based assessments, as applicable.Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates and searches to ensure Talent Acquisition is compliant with policies, procedures, and internal controls.Partner closely with, train, and coach Hiring Managers in the interview and selection process to ensure process is aligned and compliant with employment laws.Finalize and administer job offers. Manage the on-boarding process, to include offer letter, backgroundcheck administration, new hire processing, and employee announcements.Other General Responsibilities:Serve as a Brand Ambassador for HawaiiUSA to all candidates.Assist with development, recruitment, and management of college internship programs.Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices.Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations. Education:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related preferred. PHR/SHRM-CP or SPHR/SHRM-SCP strongly preferredExperience:Required:3 years’ experience of full-cycle recruiting. Prior staffing agency or executive search firm experience a plus.Strong systems skills, including experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools. Preferred:Strategic or advanced candidate sourcing and candidate assessment. Ability to manage 25 or more requisitions across all levels of the organization. Strong communication (verbal/written/using technology related communications/able to manage calls and presentations to a satisfactory conclusion) Ability to handle information discretely and confidentially. Understand and respect sensitive nature of information and manage this responsibly.
