Job Purpose
The Sr. Product Manager is ultimately responsible for the successful definition, deployment, strategic fit, profitability (P&L), and sales/channel support for assigned complex and strategic products and/or services for Cincinnati Bell. The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for the evaluation, execution, process definition, and financial performance of the product line relative to corporate goals. Identifying and recommending product/pricing strategies to acquire new customers; upsell, cross-sell, and retain existing customers; and increase revenue and profit while balancing activations, churn, and ARPU across all consumer products.
Essential Functions
Development and communication of product roadmaps and plans in conjunction with a variety of functional elements. Leadership of cross-functional teams within the business in support of new product launches or existing product process improvement. Leads cross-functional teams across the business (Marketing, IT, Call Center, Sales, Finance, Legal, Network Operations, Vendors, Purchasing, etc.) to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of product initiatives and programs to increase sales, reduce churn, increase revenue or margin- 55%
Product / Service Life Cycle Management - 15%
Management of strategic partner relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and margin retention - 15%
Development and maintenance of competitive and industry intelligence in support of product/service - 10 %
General Administrative tasks - 5 %
