Hawaiian Paradise Coffee is Hiring a Plant Supervisor Near Kapolei, HI
We are Hawaii's largest coffee roasting company focused on sales to hotels and restaurants. Like most companies, we struggle to find quality reliable team members. Hence if you read this and you are ambitious, hard working, reliable and have a CAN DO attitude, we are the employer for you. If you are hopping around or you are still not sure what you want in life...please do not apply ! This is a hands on supervisor position. We roast and thereafter package coffee with as much automation as possible. You should be a good communicator including assigning and supervising the packaging crew. You need to be well versed in pneumatics, basic electronics and preventative maintenance procedures, This is a very hand on position
Work hours are Monday to Friday 7 to 4:30.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
