Hawaii Mainland Administrators, LLC (HMA, LLC) is seeking a full time Claims Processor for our Corporate Tempe, AZ location. The perspective candidate will need excellent oral and written communications. They should have the ability to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor while working under pressure and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of HealthCare and benefits / claims very helpful.
Hourly position with 401 (k), paid Holidays and excellent company paid benefits. EOE
Experience Required:
Claims processing or claims customer service. Excellent oral and written communication, ability to work independently and as part of a team, detail oriented, excellent data entry, 10-key, ICD/CPT/HCPCS coding.
Job Purpose:
Process, research, and adjust claims in accordance with plan documents and administrative guidelines. Identify and resolve root cause of claim payment errors. Research and recreate member and/or provider EOBs. Provide written analysis and response regarding claim cases.
