Havenpark is looking for a high-caliber, committed recruiting professional to join our People Operations team! Our recruiters help tell the story of Havenpark. They care deeply about cultivating relationships, have lively, thoughtful conversations with their candidates, and know our organization and its communities well enough to articulate opportunities to those interested. As an authority on the talent needs of our business, you’ll be an adviser to our hiring managers and the people you find while engaging and guiding them through our hiring process. The main responsibilities of this role include defining hiring needs with managers, organizing, and running all recruitment activities from building multiple applicant channels, defining and writing recruitment content, creating interview questionnaires, scorecards, and rubrics, screening candidates, interviewing, managing the hiring pipeline, training hiring managers, as well as other outbound search activities. You will work alongside our talented team to find and attract great talent to one of the fastest-growing companies in the real estate space.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and advise exceptional talent with a focus on crafting a great experience for each potential employee
  • Communicate the nuances of our hiring process, technologies, and demands of the positions you are recruiting for
  • Overcome challenges and produce solutions by collecting and interpreting data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change, and seeking out ways to improve
  • Lead the full cycle hiring process from defining the role, posting jobs, reviewing resumes, sourcing active and passive talent, and assessing candidates
  • Know your market - have a pulse on the trends and the dynamics of the talent pool. Share this information with your stakeholders and modify your hiring strategy to best take advantage
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in all aspects of corporate recruiting including, but not limited to: sourcing, networking, candidate screening, and managing relationships with hiring teams and business leaders
  • Ability to work with hiring managers to understand the structure of their teams, ongoing projects, and hiring demands
  • Strong project management skills and comfort with providing timely and clear reporting of progress and roadblocks
  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Experience with problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented focus
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • 2 years of recruiting experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • A "quality over quantity" approach to sourcing and recruiting
  • Experience with Lever or Greenhouse
  • Experience sourcing via LinkedIn
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
