In this role, the Construction Project Manager is critical in delivering on Havenpark's mission of providing caring communities to our residents through monitoring and reporting on the planning and execution of capital projects across the portfolio. In addition, this individual works directly with the field teams and Havenpark stakeholders to maintain the communities according to required standards. This position supports the field teams in their endeavors to improve and maintain each community. Lastly, this person acts as the main reporting source for status updates on all projects in the portfolio.
