This position offers the opportunity for a self-starter with real estate related analytical and quantitative experience to work with a diverse group of people in a highly collaborative environment. This person should possess strong organizational and problem solving skills, with excellent attention to detail in financial modeling, analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, analyzing the performance of our funds, tracking cash position, planning and documenting the path to return of investor capital, general real estate ownership duties, investor relations, and supervising the functions of our Portfolio Administrative Assistant. The time allocations mentioned below may vary depending on the company's needs. Quarterly or semi-annual travel may be required for this role.
