In this Office Intake role, you would act as the office organizational pro in the Scottsdale, AZ We are looking for someone who has the ability to work independently, is a self starter, and possesses strong critical thinking skills.

Hospice intake experience preferred

What You Would be Responsible for:

• Organizes and directs the agency's on-going functions and works closely with the office administrator, Director of Nursing, clinical managers, and sales/marketing team
• Involved in intakes, orders, and scheduling
• Maintain self in a professional manner at all times
• Other responsibilities will be assigned

Haven Qualification Standards: 

• Must be a high school graduate
• Health care experience
