Job Description : THE ROLE This is a position in healthcare pharmaceutical promotional marketing communications, targeted to both healthcare professionals and consumers. As a key part of the Project Management Organization (PMO), the Senior Project Manager spearheads planning, direction and coordination of all delivery-related activities of client engagements and ensures that project goals are met within the prescribed timeline, funding parameters and scope. This position receives oversight support from the Group Project Manager and can manage a team of Project Managers. Operations Partners with management and Account teams to determine objectives, timelines, pricing, deliverables, SOPs, staffing plans and resource allocation Utilizes Waterflow and Agile Project Management tools to expedite delivery of high-quality materials. Adept at fast tracking, parallel pathing and adapting alternate strategies to ever-changing goals Owns agency-wide integration of PMO methodologies and terminology and maintains ongoing compliance with online routing systems and workflow tools Maintains an open, clear line of communication regarding information and direction across practices and departments to ensure all members of delivery team are aligned on requirements Conducts scrums and internal project status meetings with cross-functional teams such as Account, Creative, Strategic Planning, UX, etc.) Participates and presents in regular client status meetings as needed for assigned brands with account manager Prepares regular daily project and resource status reports to keep management, client and teams informed of status updates and manages the quality assurance phase for all projects Develops and maintains organized project documentation using agency-designated project management tools Directs and motivates account managers, delivery team members, and client staff to ensure projects are on track and requirements are met Demonstrates knowledge of advertising in the health and wellness space and contributes to brainstorming sessions and strategy and tactical planning Develops and maintains harmonious client relationships Proactively tracks resource needs across all projects and works with resource management to fill gaps and maximize capacity Actively mitigates risk by anticipating potential executional barriers, identifying quality, budget, and timeline impacts, and developing possible solutions in collaboration with team Helps mentor and train new members of the PMO team Financial Prepares accurate and timely estimates, builds project plans, discusses contingencies and aligns to SOW Generates monthly output forecasts and advises on revenue/work escalations, change orders and transfers when needed Obtains vendor costs and timing when developing client estimates Clearly defines project assumptions and scope parameters Works closely with Account team to address SOW/estimate constraints and monitor scope/assumptions Alerts teams when financial issues arise and strategizes solutions to change in scope MUST HAVE Please only apply if you have the following: HCP and/or DTC experience at a healthcare advertising agency 4 years of Project Management experience Knowledge of pharmaceutical promotional guidelines is highly desired 4-year undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience Experience in digital, social, print and broadcast/video production is a plus Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word and Excel, is required Proficiency with Project Management software and tools including Agile, Scrum and AOR are desired Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to work with a wide range of individuals and personalities Solutions-oriented problem-solving skills and ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment and multiple workstreams Skills : Contract Type :Permanent Here at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
