Description:
Under the direction of the Director of Repwest Litigation, the Business Analyst is responsible for receiving, tracking, processing, and responding to new subpoenas, lawsuits, as well as, setting up and splitting claim files as needed. This position includes preparing correspondence, communicating with internal departments, and other job duties as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical instincts and the multi-task ability to effectively handle the time-sensitive deadlines within the legal documents.
"This position will work from our Phoenix, Arizona corporate office."
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Staying up-to-date on the latest process
Performing requirements analysis.
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Receiving, tracking, processing, and responding to new subpoena or lawsuits.
Set up and split claim files as needed.
Identify deadlines and prioritize workload
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication
A sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and keep detailed documentation
Education/Training:
1 Year of Repwest experience
Strong knowledge of UHIR claim system
Experience with Teams, WebEx, Legal Tracker and OneDrive is a plus.
